Terms of Service
Effective: January 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Resume Intelligence Console (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is (and Is Not)
Resume Intelligence provides an interpretive career analysis based on the resume you submit. The Service analyzes signals such as scope, trajectory, role alignment, and structure to generate a Career Intelligence Report.
- The Service is not resume writing, editing, or coaching.
- The Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or outcomes.
- The Service provides interpretation and signal analysis, not professional, legal, or employment advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You have the right to upload and submit the resume content you provide.
- The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
4. Purchases, Pricing, and Resubmissions
The Service is offered as a one-time purchase per report, unless otherwise stated. Some purchases include resubmission credits allowing you to re-run analysis within a defined time window.
- Resubmissions are limited by quantity, time window, and fair-use controls.
- System errors or failed runs may not count against resubmission limits.
- Credits are tied to the purchasing user and are not transferable.
Pricing, credit limits, and policies may change over time. Any changes apply prospectively.
5. AI-Generated Output
Reports are generated using automated systems, including AI-based models. While designed to be thoughtful and evidence-based, outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or interpretations that do not reflect your intent.
You acknowledge that:
- Outputs are probabilistic and interpretive, not definitive.
- You remain responsible for decisions made based on the report.
- The Service may evolve as models, prompts, and logic change.
6. Data Storage and Review
By using the Service, you acknowledge that resumes, reports, and related metadata may be stored to support resubmissions, quality review, troubleshooting, and system improvement.
For details on data handling and retention, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, report formats, structure, and branding, is owned by ArchLexis and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of your resume content.
- You may use your generated report for personal purposes.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service or reports without permission.
8. Service Availability and Changes

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArchLexis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
